Whether you listen on your morning commute, in the shower, or when going for a walk, podcasts are a great way to learn something new. I have a few favorites that I subscribe to, but I’m always on the lookout for new ones. Freshen up your rotation with one of these podcasts about dogs.
All Things Pups
All Things Pups is hosted by celebrity dog trainer and author Kaelin Munkelwitz.
Kaelin shares a mix of highlights from her daily training sessions, #AskTheTrainer Show episodes, and easy to follow training tips and tricks. She’s clear, knowledgable and thorough.
Episodes range from about 5 to 10 minutes, so they’re easily digestible and great during a quick walk.
Can I Pet Your Dog?
This fun, lighthearted podcast is what happens when a dog owner, dog lover, and producer get together to talk all things dog.
Can I Pet Your Dog? feels like a conversation between friends, and you’re included. Allegra Ringo, Renee Colvert and Alexis B. Preston discuss dogs they’ve met during the week, dog news and speak to guests about their dogs.
They even go on assignment to dog events and report back with details.

Pets and Punchlines
Pets and Punchlines is the only veterinarian + comedy podcast out there.
Veterinarian Dr. Lisa and comedian Richie Redding speak to a different comedian every episode about the pets in their lives.
It’s a great mix of dog knowledge and laughs.
Listen to this one when you’re in the mood to belly laugh, while giving belly rubs of course.
PetInsider is hosted by Loni Edwards, the founder of The Dog Agency.
Each episode, Loni speaks with a different guest to discuss an animal-related topic, like pet health, celebrity pets and what’s going on in the pet world.
She also gives listeners an inside scoop on the panels at PetCon, an action-packed weekend conference for pets and pet lovers.
School For The Dogs
School For The Dogs is a dog training center in Brooklyn, New York. Their podcast is hosted by co-founder Annie Grossman, who shares insightful interviews, training tips and answers questions.
Their episodes are both educational and entertaining, with topics like “How to live with seven dogs and three cats in a one bedroom in NYC” and “Life with a muzzled dog.”
Wear Wag Repeat
The Wear Wag Repeat podcast is all about girl power, entrepreneurship, and, you guessed it, dogs.
Host Tori Mistick interviews creative women entrepreneurs who have created successful businesses inspired by their dogs.
You’ll hear from a range of women, including Tori herself, on what it takes to create a brand, launch a business and how their dogs helped along the way.
