Kaelin shares a mix of highlights from her daily training sessions, #AskTheTrainer Show episodes, and easy to follow training tips and tricks. She’s clear, knowledgable and thorough.

Episodes range from about 5 to 10 minutes, so they’re easily digestible and great during a quick walk.
